Terms of service

1 Agreement to these terms

By accessing or purchasing from trythriv.co (the “Site”), operated by Zach canavan, a sole proprietorship doing business as “Thriv” (“Thriv,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3 Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but we don't warrant that descriptions, images, pricing, or other content are error-free. Colors and packaging may vary slightly from what's shown on screen. We may correct errors, cancel orders affected by a pricing or listing mistake, and update product information at any time.

4 Dietary supplement disclaimer

Thriv products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, and discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience an adverse reaction. Individual results vary.

5 Orders, pricing, and payment

All prices are listed in USD. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues, and will refund any amount already charged. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments (or another payment provider enabled at checkout); we do not store full payment card numbers.

6 Subscriptions and recurring orders

If you subscribe to recurring shipments (a “Subscription”), you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on the applicable schedule until you cancel. You can manage or cancel a Subscription anytime through your account or by contacting us, effective before your next scheduled charge. We'll give reasonable advance notice of any price change to an active Subscription.

7 Shipping

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping Policy page and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier, except where the law requires otherwise.

8 Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which allows returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products, subject to the conditions stated there.

9 Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Thriv and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the Site as intended.

10 Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: violate any law; interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security; use automated means to access the Site without permission; misrepresent your identity; or use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

11 Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thriv's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Thriv is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Thriv harmless from claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

For reviewThis is boilerplate carried over from a generic template. For a solo operator, confirm it's not broader than it needs to be — an overly aggressive indemnification clause can itself draw regulatory scrutiny in a consumer contract.

14 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on the Site when you place an order governs that order. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
